BLOOD FOR BRASS
Blood For Brass is a predecessor story for Growing Pains and exists in the same universe.
Welcome to the west.Blood For Brass follows America through the prime of the Wild West. The Frontier is untamed, ungoverned, and unforgiving, and still caught up in fending off the rapidly encroaching capitalism and industrialization of the Coalition seven years after the Coalition War.
Stories taking place within the same era as Blood For Brass but not in the confines of the west.
WELCOME TO THE WEST
Welcome to the west.
It's been seven long years since the end of the Coalition War. Many have scrambled for ownership of the Frontier, but the Stretch can't be so easily tamed. While the Coalition marches on in its pursuit of industrialization, the Frontier remains ungoverned and almost entirely lawless- an untamed beast.Barons stake their claims in territories across her rolling landscapes, towns and compounds spreading across the Stretch like pockmark scars- some under Baron control, and some entirely on their own.The Marshalls find little foothold in these unprecedented times- newly organized in an attempt to quell conflicts and dissuade outlaws (but serving to do little in the face of those who would rather make their living from blood. The Stretch, truly, is a place for outlaws and a place for freedom, and few would give that up so easily. It's become harder to tell the difference between Frontier-born and coalition-born, the warboys who made it out and the folk who had settled out here long before the oppression of the Coalition became just too much to take.Despite the years, some faces still remain known across the Stretch and within the heart of the Coalition, some folk who just can't escape war-born notoriety, whether they like it or not.

THE WORLD
The Frontier is quiet. It's an uncommon occurrence, something unprecedented, something that's never quite happened for as long as anyone can remember. But the Frontier is quiet, now, as quiet as it can be with the boys still running roughshod with their guns and their horses and their pride, with the birth of new blood amidst the old guard of the Coalition War, with the allegiances still going strong. The world spins, and the world goes on, and the world is as it should be.A collection of interlude stories taking place between the end of the main arcs and The Tower.
